Just now ps3key has posted that they are open for business. As promised on September 20th they will be allowing users to pre-order the PS3Key worldwide.
Of course the device will be shipped with just the bootloader and not the pre-compiled hex data for obvious legal reasons. But once your device comes in your free to upload your own.
